At Tactical Gear Junkie, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized products in original condition. Please note that custom-made patches and personalized items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have original tags attached. Custom callsign patches and personalized embroidery are exempt from standard returns.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tactical gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
